China issues draft rules to allow companies to tap foreign debt markets



BEIJING (Reuters) – China’s National Development Reform Commission has issued draft rules that would allow some companies to issue medium- and long-term debt in international markets, it said in a statement on Thursday.

The state planner said real estate companies and local state-own firms with local financing functions will still need to follow previous rules.
