ARCHBOLD, Ohio – Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:FMAO), the holding company for F&M Bank, has promoted Kevin Becker to the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, effective immediately. Lars Eller, President and CEO of the company, announced the internal elevation of Becker, who has been with F&M Bank since 2015, highlighting his deep understanding of credit operations and commitment to the bank’s core values.

Becker, who previously served as Deputy Chief Credit Officer, has been responsible for credit underwriting and loan portfolio monitoring. In his new position, he will oversee the bank’s credit standards, lead asset quality reviews, and manage the allowance for credit losses. His academic credentials include a B.A. in Business Administration from Defiance College and an advanced degree from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

F&M Bank, established in 1897, operates as a community bank offering commercial and retail banking services. The bank has a presence across multiple counties in Ohio, Northeast Indiana, and Oakland County, Michigan, along with Loan Production Offices in West Bloomfield, Michigan; Muncie, Indiana; Bryan, Ohio; and Perrysburg, Ohio.
